This policy explains how UZTRUCK (the www.uztruck.uz website and the Telegram bot) collects, uses and protects users' personal data. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

2. What we collect

When you send a request: name or company name, phone number, truck type and capacity, routes, and cargo details (from, to, type, weight, date, price). Via Telegram — your Telegram ID and username.

3. Why we use it

To contact you, match cargo with trucks, agree prices, follow the transport and prepare documents. Your data is never sold for advertising.

4. Who receives it

Only UZTRUCK operators can see your data. The part needed for a specific transport (for example, the driver's name and phone) is shared with the other side once the deal is agreed. Data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies where the law requires it.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to password-protected staff accounts. It is kept for as long as needed to provide the service.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
