Frequently asked questions
How is the price determined?
It depends on the route, cargo weight, truck type and loading date. The shipper can set a fixed price or choose “Negotiable” — then the operator proposes a market rate and agrees it with both sides.
How does payment work?
The payment method and timing (cash, bank transfer, prepayment or after delivery) are agreed together with the price. The operator confirms the agreed terms to both sides in writing.
What documents are needed?
Within Uzbekistan — the electronic consignment note (ETTN). For international transport — CMR, invoice and, if required, a TIR Carnet and customs documents. The operator helps fill them in.
How is my cargo kept safe?
Before loading, the operator confirms the driver and truck details and tracks the status on the road. For valuable cargo we recommend agreeing on insurance in advance.
Do you handle international routes?
Yes. CIS countries — Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and others — plus Turkey, China and Europe on request.
How do I get loads as a driver?
After signing up, loads matching your truck type and routes arrive in Telegram. You pick one, the operator confirms it and connects you with the shipper.
What happens after I send a request?
An operator calls you during working hours, clarifies the details and explains the next steps.
